Change statement technique

When we wanted to achieve one's objective but there is a setbacks and problem, you can change the obstacle by becoming a 'challenge'. Once subconscious mind see it as challenges, then subconscious mind ready go through the challenge intensely. Here an example you can use:

I have the power to solved problems.

Without trouble, I cannot succeed.

I will not run from problems. I want to face it.

I want to have a good life by solved the problems.

Self-expression only happen when you state it emotionally and enthusiastic. Although you make positive statement, yet when your thinking still in negative statement side, the statement will be just a statement. Positive statement that you build will cause the subconscious mind aware and obey it, and direct your body to a positive direction.

Write about yourself.

*W.Clement a millionaire, always ask his employees of the company AEON Corporation, make a self-expression every morning.

Self-expression is one way to write personality by writing it on paper. Stick the paper in the place where you can see as at mirror, toilet. You can write anything for example, "I'm greatest", "I'm the cleverest" and etc. When you reads it daily, the subconscious mind will function as cybernatics massage an accept it as what you mention. Write only positive statement on a little paper and put inside your pocket. Practise to read the statement wherever you have a spare time.

You also can put your picture and become more creative. To have more effect, takes one pictures of successful people and replacement his face with your face.

Talk to yourself.

*when we pressing our two fingers at the chest, subconscious mind will know,we was talking with ourself.

when we talk it to ourself it will stimulate Subconscious mind. Many sports men/women used this technique. For example MUHAMMAD ALI always said "I'm the greatest" When he got punches and fall, he always said, "Ali! again". This can subconscious mind aware what we want to do.

This is the basic technique for you to talk to yourself:
1. Stand in front a mirror and relax yourself.
2. Close your eyes and breath deeply once.
3. Then press two fingers at the chest.
4. Talk to yourself what you want to do.
5. Open your eyes and see yourself inside the mirror.
6. Now remember what do said just now.
7. last, give a smile to yourself.

Do this exercise everyday, if you wants a good result.
Reminder: Don't talk about something that make you to have a negative thinking.

The affirmation technique.

Now days children predominantly moulded with the word "Don't do it". According to the research more than 140000 times of this word moulded in minds of children. Consequently when the children growing up to be an adult, they will have a negative thinking. Rare children were suggested a constructive word like "can"or "do it". This word able to build their thinking. Many negative word accept from their mother, father, family, friends, print media and electronic media. Researcher discover that 77 percent from our behaviour would be negative and it contrary with our personality.

The more we mentioned a negative word the more we will be a weaker person, less confidence and lack of self respect.

We could start with create a simple sentence for example the Rom army create an one sentence that can raise a soldier spirit such as "for strength and honor". Other examples example is "for the future" , "to be or not to be" and etc. This message can make the subconscious mind to response to what our self needed . Create one sentence that easy to remember and mentioned it daily.

Basic technique to control subconscious mind

Basic technique is controlling our breathing. This technique is easy and we can do it anytime when we do our daily routine such like sitting, studying, driving and etc. This is also a good exercise when we are at the state of stress and angry.

The steps:

1. Close your mouth (you also can close your eyes but don't this during driving time, seriously!) and breath slowly through the nose for 4 second. Imagine you inhaled a fresh air.
2. Hold your breath for 2 second and imagine the fresh air moving to all your body.
3. Breath out slowly through the nose for 4 second. Make it relax and calm. Imagine all stress, angry and pain go out through the nose. Last, hold breath for 2 second.
Repeat 3 or 4 times to get a better result.

Subconscious mind will make our body to response positively and produce a relaxing body chemical to our body when we are doing this exercise . Try it, you will be surprised with the result!!

The power of genius

90 percent mental activity were make by subconscious mind . Subconscious mind have a task to build a person, enhance knowledge and change emotion and attitude of a person. William James the famous American psychology father said "Subconscious mind is a warehouse that keep all the record of all experience and incident that we experiences"

Albert Einstein gets an idea of E's creation=MC2 when he dreaming riding a light during his sleep.

Better for us to knows the secret and ways to control the subconscious mind so we can achieve a good and better life. We should have a positive thinking so our subconscious mind can handle our everyday action positively .We should not be genius person to know this matter but ourself should form this power of genius instead. In this blog i will tell you the techniques that can change our life direction to more wonderful life.
