Alfa stage

At this stage brain works at 8 to 12 rotation per second. At this moment we stay in repose and do work that does not require concentration as bathe and shave. Many people look for idea at this stage. Many mind on duty at the level alpha is Subconscious mind.

This stage there were a sense that scientist call EXTRA SENSORY PERCEPTION.

At the beta level we only use five sense that is hearing, eyesight, sense ,smell and touch. But at this stage we will get another sense that is extra sensory perception.
